1General Terms & Conditions and Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the 99xc platform and all its users. By using the 99xc.app website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

3Account Management & Security

Each user may operate only one account on 99xc. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts will be immediately closed and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account, and do not reuse your password elsewhere. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact 99xc support immediately.

• Change your password regularly.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Clear your browser cache after logging out.

99xc will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from an account security breach, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a technical fault on 99xc's part.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

99xc supports a range of local payment methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with a screenshot of the payment.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 99xc are governed by specific rules. 99xc retains full authority to accept, void, or amend any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• 99xc reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• 99xc is not liable for any losses incurred due to network issues during live betting.
• If a match is incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with our betting rules.
• Bets placed as a result of match-fixing or prior knowledge of an outcome will be considered void.

All slots and casino games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. In the event of a technical error during a game session, 99xc reserves the right to restart or void that session.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99xc. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Using multiple accounts to arbitrage bonuses.
• Harassing, deceiving, or intimidating other users.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking against 99xc.

8Account Closure & Suspension

99xc reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account at any time and for any reason. In cases of terms and conditions violations, this may take effect immediately.

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be eligible for withdrawal; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9Privacy & Data Protection
